We want visitors to be able to find and understand travel information regardless of device or browsing method. Accessibility is an ongoing process; this statement does not claim that every part of the website has been independently audited or fully conforms to a specific standard.
What we aim to provide
- Responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop screens.
- Semantic headings, meaningful link text and labels for form fields.
- Alternative text for informative images and visible image credits where required.
- Readable contrast, keyboard-operable links and controls, and clear focus styles where practicable.
- Content that avoids relying only on colour to explain important information.
Known limitations
Some layouts, external services, date inputs, image providers or third-party booking websites may not behave identically across all assistive technologies or browsers. We have not yet completed a formal independent accessibility audit, so there may be issues we have not identified.
Report an accessibility issue
Please provide the page URL, a description of the problem and the browser/device you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. The publisher contact address still needs to be added on the Contact page; please complete that contact detail before public launch.
Third-party sites
When you follow a link to a flight search provider, airline or external attraction website, its accessibility is controlled by that provider. If a booking website presents a barrier, report it to the provider operating that service.
